There is some image software PhotonVision https://photonvision.org/ it runs on raspberries and supports many camera. https://docs.photonvision.org/en/latest/docs/hardware/picamconfig.html

What would be the easiest way to use the Vizycam with it?

Hello,
It depends on your goals and how you want to use the software, but you should be able to install it on your Vizy. It uses libcamera, (Vizy does too) which is a good thing.
