My app which a a derivative of the pet snack feeder is generating the following messages. It looks like it’s restarting the capture stuff. Any clue why?

It looks like it’s starting and stopping the encoder. This happens depending on what’s going on with the browser. If the browser tab is opened/connected, the encoder is typically opened. When the browser tab is closed, the encoder is closed to save CPU.
